These terms govern your use of the Everyday Eye Care website. By using this site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply only to the website; the care you receive at our offices is governed by our patient consent forms and office policies, not by this page.

Not Medical Advice

The content on this website, including our service descriptions, blog posts, and the Dry Eye Screening Quiz, is provided for general educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, is not a diagnosis, and is not a substitute for an eye exam or an in-person evaluation by a licensed doctor.

The Dry Eye Screening Quiz gives an informal, self-reported estimate of whether you may be a candidate for further evaluation. It does not diagnose any condition, and a normal or low score does not rule one out. Only an in-office exam can do that.

Medical Emergencies

This website is not monitored for urgent messages and cannot be used to reach us in an emergency. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, including sudden vision loss, eye trauma, or a chemical exposure, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. For urgent but non-emergency eye concerns, call one of our offices directly during business hours.

Appointments, Forms & Financing

Online patient forms and appointment scheduling are provided through CrystalPM, a third-party patient management portal. Submitting a form or request through that portal does not guarantee an appointment time until our staff confirms it with you.

Financing options shown on treatment pages are offered through Cherry Technologies, a third-party financing provider. Approval, payment terms, and any interest are determined by Cherry, not by Everyday Eye Care, and are subject to Cherry's own terms and credit approval process.

Third-Party Links

This site links to outside services we do not operate, including CrystalPM, Cherry, and Google Maps. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those third-party sites.

Intellectual Property

The text, photos, logo, and design of this website belong to Everyday Eye Care unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Product and service names of third parties (such as Cherry) belong to their respective owners.

Accessibility Statement

Everyday Eye Care is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including patients who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnification, or keyboard-only navigation. We have built this site with accessibility in mind, using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our target standard, including features such as:

  • Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images

We may update these terms as our website or services change. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
