Meet Dr. Ryan Ngo
Education & Residency
Dr. Ryan Ngo grew up in Portland, Oregon and earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from Pacific University College of Optometry. He completed his residency in ocular disease at Spokane Veterans Affairs Medical Center, where he received advanced clinical training in diagnosing and managing complex eye conditions like glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, cataracts, and inflammatory diseases of the eye.
Philosophy of Care
With a passion for primary and medical eye care, including specialty contact lenses like scleral lenses and dry eye management, Dr. Ngo believes in providing compassionate, personalized care to every patient. He found his calling in expanding access to quality eye care for underserved communities. In the past, he volunteered with the AMIGOS group, traveling to Costa Rica and Cambodia to provide free eye exams and eye care.
Outside the Office
Outside the exam room, Dr. Ngo enjoys traveling, hiking, camping, snowboarding, and going on morning walks with his wife and their dog. His philosophy of care is simple: to serve and care for everyone.
